Offense grabs a defender.

What you see. An offensive player illegally grabs a defender and restricts him. Often a lineman holding a pass rusher.
Typical result. 10 yards.
Easy mix-up. Defensive holding is 5 yards, and it is the other team.
On the field. Usually the offensive line. See offense positions and the plays.
