Offensive pass interference

Offense gets in the way of a catch.

What you see. The ball is in the air. An offensive player shoves a defender who is trying to play the pass.
Typical result. 10 yards. It is not a spot foul.
Easy mix-up. Defensive pass interference is the defense, and that one is enforced at the spot.
On the field. Receivers and tight ends. See offense positions and the plays.

The shove is on a pass in the air.
